 I work face-to-face if you are nearby or we can work online.

Online counselling works, either by an exchange of emails or real time communication in a ‘chat’ room.

Your first email is free.  

The first email exchange is free then - the cost is £25 per email exchange. Real –time conferencing in a chat room is £20 per 30 mins or £30 per hour

You may pay me by cheque or via Paypal. If you wish to use Paypal go to http://www.paypal.com/  

Online counselling is as secure as emails can be. If you feel your emails may be read by someone, write your email initially as a passworded word document and send it as an attachment.

It is advisable to create a Hotmail account , go to http://www.msn.com     

This can be used to set up a separate email account which may be accessed from any computer. A Hotmail email address is also needed if you wish to use MSN messenger which is a ‘chat’ facility.  

I also offer supervision online or face-to-face.
