I work face-to-face if you are nearby or we can work online.
For face-to-face sessions I charge £30 per hour.

Online counselling works, either by an exchange of emails or real time communication in a ‘chat’ room.

The cost is £25 per email exchange. Real –time conferencing in a chat room is £20 per 30 mins or £30 per hour

Online counselling is as secure as emails can be. If you feel your emails may be read by someone, write your email initially as a passworded word document and send it as an attachment.
It is advisable to create a Hotmail account , go to http://www.msn.com

This can be used to set up a separate email account which may be accessed from any computer. A Hotmail email address may be needed if you wish to use Windows Messenger which is a ‘chat’ facility.
