Online counselling is not suitable for everyone. Maybe a face-to-face situation would be better for you. However, you can sample my ‘one free exchange’ to see if this would be the way to progress.

I reserve the right to advise you to contact other agencies if I think this is necessary.

I do not undertake online counselling with anyone who is receiving ongoing psychiatric treatment.

In the event of a breakdown of your computer system please phone me on 07702 961962 if you are not able to continue with your sessions.

I have a backup system and will inform you if there is to be a delay in replies. This also applies to holidays and when I have to be away from my computer for a time due to emergencies such as illness.
