Occupancy- the person who signs the booking form/or their booking letter certifies that they are authorized to agree the booking conditions on behalf of all persons included in the party,signatory must be 18 or over.
Keys are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and cottage must by vacated by 10 am on day of departure(unless otherwise arranged)Visitors are expected to leave the cottage clean and tidy condition as handed to them.No smoking inside.The benefit of the hire is personal to the hirer.Hire is for holiday purposes only,not as a dwelling.Tents and caravans are not permitted on the property.
Heating and electricity costs are within the rent charged.EXCEPTING WOOD FOR THE BURNER ,charged at cost.
Bed made up for arrival,towels (excluding beach towels),tea towels are within the rent.
The hirer agrees to pay for any breakages,losses or damage to the property before departure.
Cancellations,providing that at least 6 wks clear notice of cancellation is given,the deposit will be returned.
Payment.A deposit of one third of the price is payable on booking with the full balance on arrival.-in cash ,sterling/euros or cheque or banker s order drawn on a London bank.NO CREDIT CARDS.
Please print out TWO COPIES OF THIS PAGE retain one and return the second, signed with a deposit or full payment.You should send full payment on any booking which is on the minimum charge of £150.This booking page should be read with the brochure details which contain full details of the Cottage and equipment.On my confirmation you will receive detailed directions based on you home address.
